Fiber-Span, in partnership with Amerizon Wireless, has successfully implemented an 800 MHz Public Safety in-building coverage enhancement system in the Cumberland County Courthouse, located in Fayetteville NC. The in-building Public Safety system uses RF on Fiber® technology to deliver high quality radio signals to six floors of the courthouse, enabling Sheriff’s Department Personnel to access the county’s repeater system to communicate rather than manually switching portables to “talk-around” mode when entering the building.
